When most people think about weight loss they start exercising, and rarely think about what they eat. You will never out-train a bad diet! Its posted above the door of the box to remind you every time you walk through it.
First ditch the scale and get you body fat tested. You are going to be putting on lean muscle and burning fat. Even if the scale doesn’t move you will be moving in the right direction. The Body Fat Test truck will be in Redmond on the 25th of this month Check out the Calender here. I believe this is the most accurate and the only way to go. It may open your eyes and give you some solid numbers to use to set your goals.
Next you need to join a group of like minded people. It is unlikely that you will replace bad habits without some support. So I am taking advantage of this opportunity to help me get better… and I wanted to make this opportunity available to the rest of you too. I decided to sign the box up for the Whole Life Challenge, because I know how big of an impact my daily habits have on my performance and life… and I know how much room I have for improvement.
Our goal is 40 people. So, I hope you’ll get your name up on this list and join Team CrossFit Fuse http://www.whole.lc/wlcmay15/pt/fuse
