This is NOT a CrossFit class, this is purely weightlifting! The FBBC is meant as a supplement to normal CrossFit classes, FBBC will help you become stronger, confident and comfortable when it comes to performing the Olympic Lifts.
This program is designed as your First Competition Training Cycle with a “TEST” at the Fuse Barbell Club Beginner Meet on June 13th.
With this 6 week training block, the FBBC will introduce you to the concept of linear progression and focus on expanding your experience with the lifts. You will learn basic barbell movements, refine technique, train hard, taper for competition, warm up and Finally Compete.
For this training cycle, we will be holding our Barbell Club classes on WED and FRI nights starting at 7 pm and training until approx-8:30 pm. As the Club grows, so will our schedule.
Cost of This First Training Cycle is $225.00 +tax
This Includes 11 Training Sessions (2 per week), Basic Linear Progression Program, Mock Meet and Entry Into the Beginner Meet on June 13th.
The goal of the Fuse Barbell Club is to provide a class dedicated to improving your Olympic Weightlifting. Beginners, newbies, intermediate, and advanced levels are all welcome! Men, women, young and old weightlifting is for everyone! In addition to improving proficiency, members of the Barbell Club are also encouraged compete in local weightlifting meets.
