The Fuse Barbell Club (F.B.B.C.) is a

USAW-sanctioned Weightlifting Club #36042 

The Club is Open to Men, Women, and Youth of all ages and levels, who are interested in developing weightlifting technique.

Our Program is designed for any anyone who enjoys Weightlifting as a recreational sport or wants to compete on a local, even national level.  Our program is designed to optimize performance over a specific period of time through planned variations in training, intensity, and volume.

Maybe you just want want to improve your lifting skills to become faster and more efficient in CrossFit workouts. The F.B.B.C is perfect for you.

MEMBERSHIP:

If you’re experienced in the sport of Olympic Weighting please let us know, via the contact us link below.  A coach will asses whether Fundamental sessions are required. Registration for each cycle will be during transition weeks and announced as we go. Beginner Athletes must join each cycle at the start and may not begin a cycle in the middle of the 4-weeks. 

BEGINNER BARBELL:

Each new member without previous experience with the Olympic Lifts.  Must complete the Fuse Barbell Basics Program.  These sessions are critical in setting each individual on the right path for gaining the technical proficiency in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Upon completion of the Fuse Barbell Basics program, an athlete will then be able to participate in future training sessions.

TRAINING SCHEDULE/SESSIONS:

The FBBC training schedule is as follows:

  1. Snatch training Monday Evenings from 6pm – 7:30 pm
  2. Clean & Jerk training Wednesday evenings from 6pm – 7:30pm
  3. Personal Weightlifting sessions are available upon request.
