ALL Levels CrossFit – Our Most Popular Class!
All Skill Levels are welcome to attend. It provides each and every member at CrossFit FUSE the best possible workout, coaching, and program design possible, and is scalable to you current skill level and level of progression.
Beginners are welcome. Yet encouraged to attend the Beginner classes until they are familiar with the Fundemental movements of CrossFit, and Class structure. Also you must have developed the proper habits to warm up, know your limits and be able to scale you workouts, as well as preform a cool down.
These classes are simply designed with schedule in mind. So if you can only make it it at this time, we understand. However, you may not get the coaching attention you desire. This is an ALL Levels Class, that relies heavily on your own personal responsibility. You may be working out along side Navy Seals and Grandmas.
Be prepared to know your limits and scale your workouts.
- “Get Loose” – Each hour long session starts off with a “Get Loose” and this may or may not be led by a coach, but you are EXPECTED to do it.
- Dynamic/ mobility/skill warm up – Proper mechanics are reviewed at a fast pace. If you are unsure of your skill level or ability please please make every effort possible to attend Beginner Classes first. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST CONCERN.
- Daily WOD – Expect coaching of All Levels. Everyone attending deserves attention from the Coach. Beginners should realize that you NEED to spend a considerable amount of time learning proper movement mechanics. Advanced CrossFitters should expect a slower pace while skills are being reviewed.
- Cool Down/ Post WOD Mobility – This may or may not be led by a coach, but you are EXPECTED to do it.
