Are you new to CrossFit? Been a way for a while and need to get back on track? Need to dial in the basics some more? Our Beginner CrossFit classes are specifically designed with brand new CrossFitters in mind! No need for an On Ramp, our classes focus on the fundamentals each and every session, AND you get to be a part of our incredible Community. Whether you are a novice or seasoned CrossFitter, this class is great for perfecting the fundamental movements!
- All abilities and fitness backgrounds welcome.
- Structured ‘Get Loose’ to prepare the body for movement and screen for areas of limitation.
- Focus on body mechanics and ability to move properly through the CrossFit movements
- Learn how to appropriately scale workouts according to your current ability level
- You will perform the same WOD as all other classes – duration, movements and load may be scaled. FORM first, then CONSISTENCY and finally INTENSITY
- Classes are specifically designed to give you a solid foundation upon which to increase your overall fitness level.
- A pre-programmed cool down will be lead and discussed by your coach
