Today’s Youth Athletes need to be strong, fast, and durable. They need to show up ready to play or they will be replaced.
Our job is to build athletes that have a wide skill set. Becoming a well-rounded athlete makes them better at ANY and EVERY sport. We place equal emphasis on and strive to increase physical competence in theses 10 domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
They get stronger, faster, become more powerful which leads to less injuries. This Program also delivers mental toughness through hard work by developing character, courage and the ability to overcome adversity. All valuable lessons in life/sport.
We get youth athletes to LOVE training by using age-appropriate skills, challenges, and loads in a fun and progressive way. These training sessions are tailored to each participant while training as a group. We challenge each of them enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
When Weightlifting is introduced:
- You get an athlete that is faster, stronger and more explosive;
When Gymnastics movements are added:
- You get an athlete that has greater core strength, body awareness and coordination;
Aerobic Capacity training in the 3 metabolic pathways, simulates the rigorous competition on the playing field;
- You get a stronger, more coordinated, better-conditioned and mentally tougher athlete.
Coaches will have athletes that suffer fewer injuries, and are just as good at the end of the season as they were in the beginning.
