New to CrossFit? Experienced with CrossFit? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW. Anybody, YES ANYBODY can do CrossFit. Our program is scalable no matter how out of shape or old you feel. When I say “scalable,” I mean altering the load and volume of any particular movement to suit the fitness level of the athlete in training. We can load a barbell for you, and we can load a different barbell for Russel Wilson and have both of you working out together in the same class!

In this class we will introduce you to the concepts of CrossFit and take you through a workout! Here’s what you need to do:
- Look at the Calendar below and pick a Class time that works for you!
- Click on time you would like to attend
- Tell us your Name, and Email, click submit!
- We will confirm the appointment.
- You Show up, work hard, high-five your coach and sign-up afterwards!
