How Our Classes Work.
The first 10-15 minutes are dedicated to Getting Loose and Mobility work. Then we move into a Warm Up that complements the WOD. Some days 10-20 minutes are spent on Skill Practice or Strength work. Then its time to go over the WOD, review the movements, and help you scale as needed. The WOD can last between 5-25 min depending on the Training Goal. The remainder of the time is left for Cool-Down, Mobility, or Static Stretching. You are encouraged to come early or stay late to work on mobility, mobility, mobility and more mobility!
